We had our first ever clean with you guys yesterday, and wanted to let you know it was a fab experience!Oliver was super friendly and polite. We have had multiple issues with SEVERAL other window cleaners in the past, with missed windows, dirty glass, windows not reachable. I spoke with Oliver when he arrived to let him know our previous issues, including a roof window that I presumed was completely out of reach. Not only did he manage to reach them ALL, but they're all sparkling!I have been super impressed with the service so far, including all the admin (welcome pack etc) - you are definitely head and shoulders above the rest. I'm just annoyed now that it took me so long to find you 😋
