Didn't ship my order until I emailed them after more than a week. Never got an official email receipt after placing my order. They said maybe it ended up in spam (it didn't, I checked), but they were able to forward me another order confirmation and shipped my order the day they responded so at least my needles arrived pretty quickly once it shipped. It ended up being fine, but I think they would instill more confidence if they fixed some of the automated POS stuff upfront.
