I wish I looked up previous reviews! My experience with LindtUsa is the same as Ramona's, earlier this year! I placed an order last Friday, Dec. 15th, and, as for today, it still sits there; LindtUSA didn't transfer it to FedEx yet. When I called their 877-695-4638, I was told "it could take up to 5 (five) business days for that", Christmas season or not! If they mentioned that anywhere on their site, very few of us would deal with LindtUsa, wouldn't we??
