Lindt Chocolate USA site didn't bother to inform their customers how long (in my case, at BEST 4 days) it would take to send out orders!.. nor WHEN one could EXPECT to receive one's order.I had 3 very rude customers service representatives cutting me off when I asked questions, arguing when I told them that they should list on their website that they're closed on weekends, and 1 rude supervisor who didn't apologize for anything, nor offended ANY solutions! I personally will NEVER purchase anything from their website again!
