I tried to buy investment properties through them twice. I was not able to buy either of them through fault of the sellers. One property was not completed 8 months after delivery date. The other the seller refused to fix issues found on the inspection.In both cases they lied, or at least withheld information. I talked to several of their recommended property managers and their recommended lender. None of them were cooperative about answering my questions.After losing thousands in interest and appraisals for these properties that could not close, I asked to speak to a manager about whether we could continue our relationship or not. He didn't even apologize. He seemed annoyed about having to address these issues and was eager to blame anyone outside the company, including me, for the problems. I tried to talk to them further after that, but they never got back to me.
