I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order on February 9, and despite full payment, the status remains “Awaiting Shipment” with no real progress. What is even more frustrating is that I have contacted customer service multiple times and keep receiving the exact same generic response, without any actual update, explanation, or accountability. It feels like automated replies rather than genuine support. Delays can happen, but lack of transparency and poor communication are unacceptable. Customers deserve clear, honest updates—especially when their money has already been taken. At this point, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
