We have been loyal LINK users for well over 7 years. The reason we have stayed loyal even when problems arose with the device was b/c customer service was top notch and always went above and beyond to fix our issue. Sadly, that is no longer the case. If you do encounter a problem w/your device, there will be no solution from the call center and no one will email you back! Not sure if they were bought out or what exactly happened but customer service is now non-existent.
