The only reason I left 1 star is because we have to. I ordered the collar thinking it was the unit as well. Reading the reviews with the GPS being terrible I thought I was purchasing a unit that did everything the same except no GPS capabilities. That was not the case. Returning the item you have to call customer service. They send an email with the address ONLY. You also must provide a copy of the email and receipt in the package. It is December 11th. What "customer" wants to just drop anything in the mail with just your word that you sent it this time of year? Now your also paying for any piece of mind (proof of being sent). The reviews speak for the customers best interest in mind, NONE. Hope this helps if you're thinking of purchasing anything from this company.
