I received an overdue pcn for a parking charge on a date I was out of the country, my vehicle was outside my house. When looked into the pcn the vehicle images and registration are not mine , so whoever did the ticket can’t read. Obviously sent email showing this evidence waiting for them to get back to me . What a sham the authorities should investigate this company as it seem corrupt , should check all images of vehicles and VRN before sending out fines to innocent people , scandalous,
