Bought a bed for our caravan. As asked we measured all length and width, not hight as this does state on website caravan is an average depth of 15cm. We ordered 1000springs. On arrival the bed was half foam, they said they changed the style so different to website. They did remake Nov 25 but this time to 30cm deep, too high to get on and off and nearly higher than the headboard.
On contacting them they refuse to redo (even though never used yet)and said it is custom made. Yes the length and high are but NOT the depth as this is on website. Website still has not got a new style on!
Never use again, gone to Jonic who are fab.
