Linwood package was excellent. Good design, very detailed plans, ample very good quality material supplied. Foundation contractor did a great job on very difficult terrain.Framing was not so great. Beams cut too short and off level, columns missing or missplaced, floor joist run wrong direction and more. .Ie contractor did not seem to understand post and beam construction or be able to read plans. Over all quality of workmanship was poor.Next time I'll buy the package from Linwood and find my own contractor to build.
