I have several trusted vendors, of which Lionize Herbs is one. I prefer to order from them because they at least say they're organic. But, out of maybe half a dozen orders, they have messed up two. On the first, they left out an entire kilo. They did send it quickly after a couple of rounds of emailing pictures of the product and shipping label.The last order was missing a shot. I have contacted them twice about the missing shot and received no reply either time. Needless to say I never received the shot. Very disappointing. I like their product but am hesitant to order from them again if they won't ship what's ordered. Both times this happened were during a sale. Not really sale prices when you don't receive the product.
