My partner and I embarked on a 9-day safari for our honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible. The company was responsive and easy to communicate with from the start. They addressed all our queries and customized the trip to fit our preferences, even as we made some changes along the way. We sought an experienced, locally-based service in northern Tanzania that was transparent about their operations, and they delivered on all fronts. Their pricing was reasonable and matched the exceptional service we received, including a private vehicle that took us to four different national parks, focusing on our interests. Our guide, Ozzy, was outstanding; his experience and professionalism were evident from the beginning, and he was remarkably patient as we took our time to observe various birds and creatures that other tourists might overlook. We were fortunate to witness a stunning variety of animal species (over 100) and many individuals of several species. We even spotted the big five multiple times, thanks to Ozzy's expertise and communication, which helped us track down animals at the right moments. We enjoyed observing all types of wildlife, even the less glamorous ones, which added to our experience. Our safari vehicle was impeccably maintained by Ozzy, ensuring comfort and cleanliness despite our dusty shoes. It was spacious enough for us to move around and capture all the photos we wanted. By the end of our safari, we saw several other companies' vehicles having issues, but we had complete confidence in ours and in Ozzy's driving. We felt safe and well cared for throughout the journey. The mid-range accommodations arranged by the company exceeded our expectations, especially given their remote locations. Staff at each site were wonderful, and the food was excellent, including hot lunches in the parks. They managed everything for us, including timing and permits for park entry. Although we visited post-migration, we enjoyed fewer crowds, allowing us to have front-row views for most experiences, which was a fantastic perk. Overall, our trip was spectacular, marking our first visit to Tanzania and the continent, largely thanks to the exceptional tour company and guide. We would highly recommend both Ozzy and the service to anyone seeking a safari in Tanzania!
