My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic 9-day safari for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing. The company was very responsive and communicated effectively from the start. They addressed all our inquiries and customized the trip to fit our preferences, even as we adjusted our plans a couple of times. We sought an experienced, locally-based service in northern Tanzania that was transparent about operations, which they certainly were. Their pricing was reasonable and matched the excellent services we received, including a breathtaking safari in a private vehicle across four national parks, tailored to our interests. Our guide was exceptional, showcasing his professionalism and experience right from the beginning. He was incredibly patient, allowing us to pause frequently to observe various birds and other wildlife that might not interest other tourists as much. We were fortunate to encounter a remarkable variety of animal species throughout the journey (over 100), including multiple sightings of the big five. While some of this luck is attributable to timing, we greatly appreciated our guide's expertise and communication, which helped us locate animals effectively. We were eager to see everything, even the less glamorous wildlife, which added to our experience, with our guide making sure to highlight anything that caught our attention. The safari vehicle was fantastic, maintained impeccably clean despite our dusty footwear, and it was spacious and comfortable for the two of us. This setup allowed us to move freely and capture all the photos we desired, which was very important to us. Throughout the safari, we noticed many other companies' vehicles having issues, yet we had complete confidence in our vehicle and our guide's driving. We felt safe and cared for at all times, with no reservations about our safari. We opted for what the company refers to as "mid-range" accommodations, which surpassed our expectations, especially in the wilderness. The staff at each location were delightful and the food was excellent, including the hot lunches provided in the parks. They managed all the logistics for us, including timing and permits for park entry. We had wonderful experiences at all the sites we visited, and even though we arrived after much of the migration had concluded, it was advantageous as there were fewer crowds, enabling us to enjoy front-row views for most of our encounters. The weather was beautiful, enhancing our ability to see so much. In summary, we had an extraordinary time on this trip, being our first visit to Tanzania and Africa, and it was primarily thanks to an outstanding tour company, an amazing guide, and all the incredible experiences they facilitated. We wholeheartedly recommend this guide and the company to anyone considering a safari in Tanzania!
