Please steer clear of this ineffective company. I ordered a large T-shirt, and it took an unreasonably long time to arrive. When I tried it on, it was too big. I reached out to the company for an exchange to a medium and used the return link on the website, but it kept saying the return decision was pending for weeks. I emailed the company three times, and all I received was a response saying it was their busiest time of year, so delays were to be expected. After three weeks of trying, I’ve given up. This company is unhelpful, dishonest, and rude. Stay away.
