I signed up for a first-order 10% discount, but it wouldn’t be accepted. I received another discount, and again it wasn’t accepted. I placed the order anyway and requested it as a gift, but it arrived without a message. I tried to contact them via Facebook and email, but received no response. Their customer service is appalling, and then they emailed me to ask for a good review for... a 10% discount. Unbelievable! I won’t use them again.
