Avoid this ineffective service at all costs. I ordered a large T-shirt that took an incredibly long time to arrive. When I tried it on, it was too big, so I reached out to the company for an exchange to a medium. I used the return link on the website, but it kept saying that the return decision was pending for weeks. I emailed the company three times regarding the issue, and the only response I received was that it was their busiest season, so delays were expected. After three weeks of attempts, I've given up. This service is unhelpful, dishonest, and discourteous. Stay far away.
