The return guarantee is a lie! I returned my order, unopened, and still they refuse to refund my money. Due to so many negative side effects reported for this product, I chose to not take it. I cancelled the day after ordering and they said, "We already shipped it, but don't worry, return, unopened and we will credit your card, not problem" Dave. They did not, and falsified information to my credit card company saying I never cancelled and did not follow their return policy. I am still fighting these people.
