Communication was great, they reached out to double check my customisation for the gift wasn’t an error, and once clarified it was despatched the same day. Only down side is when it arrived it was damaged, the cards lovely but the main part was the flower and it was broken and the colour was yellow its like a dead yellow and really dry looking. Nothing like the picture.But I get that it kinda comes with the fact it’s a delicate operation to ship and stuff, they tried their best but colour wise felt awful giving it to the recipient it looked like it’s been in my wardrobe for weeks.
