Having order a bracelet engraved for the birth of my sons twin sons, unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. Having emailed Lisa Angel to explain this they had no problems with me sending the bracelet back and re-issuing me with the correct size bracelet.I found their customer service to be excellent and extremely professional.
