Not great, I had sent many emails as the colour choice we wanted was not available and this was not clear on the website. A long discussion sharing of photos ensued, then I was offered a £4 refund, very small percentage of total price. Shame as I am trying to use independent businesses but this didn’t work out for me sadly.
