I bought a pair of earrings back in October which had unfortunately broke. I thought I’d have to buy a new pair. I messaged the chat box on the website and was put through to a lovely lady- Sophia. She couldn’t have been more helpful! She was quick to reply, and extremely helpful. She managed to get me a new set sent to me. I couldn’t be happier thanks to her!
