I ordered a hamper from Lisa Angel for a friends birthday. Unfortunately one of the items arrived broken and with 2 days to go until the birthday I was a bit upset. I did a live chat and the agent was amazing, she arranged for a replacement to be sent by express delivery arriving the next day and asked for it to be well packaged and marked as fragile. It did indeed arrive the next day in perfect condition and wrapped so carefully. Very very good customer service. Thank you! I wish I could remember the agents name to thank her by name!
