My daughter got me an engraved necklace for Christmas and the chain broke. I tried getting it fixed but couldn't find a repairer. I decided to send an email to the company, and to my surprise I received an excellent customer service from Emily who replied to my emails promptly, and sorted the problem out by replacing the chain.
