My husband bought me a beautiful bracelet for my birthday which I love. I dealt with an incredibly friendly person via email who was quick in responding and offering a resolution to my issue without hesitation. The whole issue was sorted quickly, easily and without stress (so much so my husband doesn't even know the bracelet had a fault at all as the replacement was arranged so promptly). Thank you so much.
