Update to review expressing frustration with delivery of an order. The customer service team was responsive in working proactively to resend my order along with a tracking numbers and a discount. I have been a customer of Lisa Eldridge for several years now and find that from the date I place an order to the time it is delivered typically takes 3 weeks. My last order which I placed on Jan 23 rd, 2026, marked as having been delivered on February 10th. it was not in my mailbox or in any surrounding my mailbox. . I live in a safe area and have never had a package stolen. The shipping company can't provide a photo or proof of delivery and now the issue has been forwarded to the warehouse staff for Lisa Eldridge to investigate. I really like the products I routinely order but am going to search for an other options.
