I've had my lock for just over a year, and honestly, there's nothing to complain about. My first one arrived without keys, but I didn't notice for a couple of months. When I did check, I reached out to the support team three months later, and they were fantastic, sending me a replacement. Some have mentioned it's heavy, but I think about how cumbersome a chain and padlock can be. It fits easily in my top box, and I hardly notice the weight. Just note that it fits best on thinner wheels.
