Absolutely terrible experience. I'm on a "Performance" Ryzen 9950X plan (€100/month), but the node is so heavily oversold that I have 40% Steal Time. My server is literally waiting for the host to give it CPU cycles 40% of the time.Opened a ticket marked as Critical over 24 hours ago — still silence. They take your money for "Premium" specs but deliver a laggy, overcrowded environment and ignore you when you complain. Total lack of professionalism for the price they charge.
