I ordered a VPS server service, as a result, it takes me several minutes to get into the control panel, I waited 20 minutes to open a ticket, there was an endless loading, I couldn’t reinstall Ubuntu for an hour. As a result, my nerves snapped, I asked for a refund without using the service for even a day. And they answered me that they do not have a refund. That is, I just gave 12 dollars and that’s it and now I can’t do anything, I can’t use it. Do not believe the good reviews that are written here, they write all this themselves or ask someone else. These are the most natural scammers who do not provide normal services and do not make refunds. I have every right to do this by law.
