I bought my chair before Christmas but for various reasons, have not yet been able to make full use of it. The weather hasn't helped much with all this mud! However, I have become quite the expert indoors. It turns on a sixpence, is very sensitive & it all makes sense. The mechanics, the electrics, the noises & the reasons why, they all make sense. I understand it, and that's got to be half the battle surely? One of the very worst things for the human body is not being able to walk. This chair (the Smart XL) is like an extension of my body - it takes me where I want to go, doesn't stumble, trip, fall or hurt me. It does what it says on the tin. Toby is a human dynamo, always looking for ways to make it better, always looking to the future, being positive and really changing the lives of people like me by just helping them.
