I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at litheli.com. I placed an order and was surprised to receive an email stating that it had been canceled "at my request" – even though I never requested a cancellation.To make matters worse, I have not yet received a refund. No explanation, no apology, just a canceled order and missing money. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.I can no longer trust this store. Avoid if you value transparency and reliability. Very disappointing and clearly unserious.
