One needs to be absolutely certain of the details of their order. I ordered a 20v paint sprayer. Took 2 weeks to arrive. No battery included, and I had my car taped up. My bad. Ordered the battery. Another 2 weeks to arrive. No cord or charger to charge the battery. So now I have to place a 3rd order to receive a charger for the 2nd order of the battery belonging to the 1st order of the sprayer. Was not happy. However, instead of returning everything, Customer Service reached out to me and discounted the battery charger. Understandably, It was what they could do besides accept a return. And I have to assume some responsibility to it all. I'm happy enough. Word of caution, what you see, is ALL you get. Make certain you have all the necessary parts. Update- received the charger for the battery for the sprayer and hooked it up. Litheli emailed me again with further instructions as how to assist maintaining the battery life. Yep, I had the battery hooked up for 2 days now. Not supposed to do that. Hit them up for another star because they didn't have to inform me individually of that. Read the fine print, right to find out all this stuff. I appreciate Litheli's efforts and am glad to feel like this again.
