I recently purchased a brand new camper van which appeared to have issues with the lithium leisure battery charging. This was a huge concern as I was several thousand miles away from the UK and had no power in the main habitation area of my motorhome.Despite Glen from Lithiumpro being on holiday he immediately contacted me when informed of the issue by the dealers who sold me the vehicle. It was identified the fault was a DC to DC charger which had to be replaced. The battery itself was not at fault. Glen advised the correct product to use and fed back to the dealer.
