By nature I am a half glass empty person. For a while I have been looking for a lithium battery. At the Newark Motorhome Show I came across Lithium Pro and Glen who showed me a battery that suited my needs, a 175 amp arctic with a £900 price tag with a £450 deposit (half empty glass kicked in) so I consulted a knowledgeable friend who said it looked a good deal. Glen told me he had to order the battery so I would not get it for a few weeks as it was being shipped in. As there were delays in the shipping delivery date Glen and his team didn't want to disappoint his customers so they arranged for a further batch to be flown in at considerable cost to the company. They kept me informed at every step and a week later the battery was delivered to my home. After the installation of the battery I installed the app that tells me the state of charge etc. Over the course of time at the remaining motorhome shows I have met up with Glen for informal chats and some support information.
