If you want a dead battery delivered quickly then LiTime is the place to shop.
My battery was dead on arrival and the customer support was even worse than the battery. First rep treated me like an idiot because bluetooth wasn't showing up when it was actually the battery was dead. Then customer service promised to make it right by sending a replacement immediately and once I was in good shape they would send a return label for the first battery. Sounded like excellent customer service for a return customer. Then they emailed and said they made mistakes in their promises and they would have to receive the old battery first and then they would send new battery.
I shipped it back and they got it the next day. I emailed them the day after and said they received battery yesterday and I would really like my replacement ASAP. They said thanks for letting them know.
It is almost a week later and no indication that they are shipping me a replacement. I'm guessing I am at the end of the line because they are busy sending out more dead batteries. Maybe someday they will send me a working battery. Who knows. Nobody seems to motivated to help in spite of promises to make things right.
I was a very happy customer prior to this transaction but would suggest another brand that actually sends out working batteries but if you need a dead battery quickly then order a LiTime.
