The website was easy to use and contained all the information that was relevant to my purchase. The order process was simple and the batteries arrived in a timely manner. The only downside was a problem with the product and still trying to get to the bottom of it. I had no problem getting in contact with customer service and they were polite and helpful. I will be happy with the price if I can work out the glitch.
