First of all, the products are amazing for the price. But their customer service is equally as good as their product. I accidentally purchased a charger that didn’t meet my needs for the battery. I actually purchased the wrong one and they were so nice. They sent it back. They didn’t charge me anything to send it back and I bought the proper one. Patrick was fantastic. He’s customer service all the questions I had were answered by different departments and customer service. Just amazing. Happy to do business anytime.
