Ordered a touch-sensitive recycling bin for my kitchen, Service was great snd delivery was swift. Bin is great but unfortunately the battery compartment was missing. However customer service were excellent- no being held in a queue, spoke to a real person (Rosie who is very professional and very helpful)and it was confirmed that the missing component is being dispatched to me. So all good really.
