I wish I could leave a zero star review I bought a Sensory Autism Therapy Swing for my daughter which I thought would help her self regulate however she struggled with the feel ling of the fabric before we could even assemble the product. I emailed straight away asking if I could get a refund and this has been refused as the item as it isn’t “damaged” There is no thought for the child who is neurodiverse or care of their needs/ wellbeing! It is a complete money making scheme. I am hugely disappointed and cannot believe a company would refuse a refund! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
