I shouldn't even give this service a star. My parcel was due on December 27, 2025, and it hasn't arrived. I canceled my order, and after reaching out to a representative, I received no follow-up. The site is very disappointing, and I hope to get my money back; otherwise, I will have to label it fraudulent.
