I placed an exchange request on feb 1 due to size issues...I ordered s size and I need M size the product was picked up on feb 2... My exchange request was also approved in the littleboxindia app it shows the product was on its finishing touches estimated delivery was on feb 9... But day by day the estimated date of delivery was increasing and now it's feb 13 and shows like the product was under processing ...and no updates
