LITTLE DESERT SHOP GLASGOW DUKE STREET!! MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED AND WAS GIVEN PURE ATTITUDE ON THE PHONE FROM THE SHOP AND THE DRIVER !! Very disrespectful shop the way myself and partner got spoken to on the phone. They have shocking customer service skills! AVOID!! Myself and my partner waited over an hour for our food before I decided to phone the shop to be told give it another 10 minutes and phone back , I phoned back after 20 trying to maybe see it from their side incase they were busy. I was then told on the phone the driver had delivered it (not to my number of house they never otherwise I wouldn’t have phoned) my order was also coming up that I was still waiting so the driver never even confirmed he had delivered it. I phoned the shop again to be told I can try send a new one out from the shop or you can get your refund through Uber eats. I agreed to a new order as we spent of £30 and was looking forward to a desert on a Saturday night. The driver then phoned me himself through the shop with a stinking attitude and very patronising telling me “hen no I definitely did deliver to your address , your man came out and got it” he then went on to question us “did it get delivered near dead end , well there you go I did!” (All to cover his own backside the fact he got the wrong address) my partner phoned back because how rude he was to me on the phone. The shop then said the driver has said he’s delivered it and there for they aren’t sending out a new one and to just refund through Uber eats. We’ve waited over 2 hours ( ordered at half 8 and was having these phone calls at 11) for this to be the outcome from the shop. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS!! Poor customer service all round.
