Awful quality. I ordered a dress in size 8 (typically I wear 8-10), and the fit was terrible with very low quality. It didn't resemble the online photo at all. I couldn't exchange it for a size 6 due to stock issues, so I contacted the support team for a refund, as I was unhappy with the quality and didn't want store credit for future purchases. Since I bought the dress on sale, the store credit wouldn't cover the size 6 when it becomes available again. They insisted on only offering store credit and ignored my concerns about the extra cost for a new size. I even tried to leave a review to warn others, but I couldn't.
