I have waited almost a year for my pre order. I have received no updates of an ETA. I chased them up and they wouldn't give me an ETA nor do they give a refund under any circumstances. They threaten to ban you for repeated ETA requests.To rub further insult to the injury, they provided a misleading picture implying a particular car was included in my preorder and then they changed my order after waiting half a year to say that it is no longer included. I tried to ask them nicely to either fix it or give me a refund. Neither occurred. Their customer service is non existent or a brick wall. I have gone to the ombudsman to try to get a refund.I will never order from little lucas toys again.My experiences with other stores such as Southern Diecast, Redline Diecast and Hot Match Collectibles have been way better.
