Their communication is top notch, every time ive had a question or query it's been answered. All their deliveries are bomb proof packaging with tracking provided. I even had a case where Australia post decided to be Australia post and lose my package from little lucas and Auspost weren't gonn come to the party with remuneration. Matt from little lucas went into bat for me and we got it sorted with the money being credited back to me so I could use it again.
