(Anti-slouching/Posture corrector)Tested this product with high hopes but must say it is not worth it and possibly harmful.- Biomechanically flawed: The counterforce used to pull your shoulders back is placed to high (at the neck). As the pectoral muscles pulling your shoulders forwards are way stronger than the back of your neck, all it does is pull your neck forwards, which is probably what you are trying to avoid in the first place.- Scientifically not sound: in no way would such a brace help build the muscles needed to sustain posture. In fact quite the opposite is true: relieving muscle rather results in the weakening of it. It probably makes more sense to do have a physical therapist assign a proper exercise regimen.- Safety requirements: I assume, as this product is considered considered a lifestyle product, rather than a medical device, I doubt it has been properly tested in a GLP setting.- Fake reviews: I highly doubt that all these positive reviews and testimonials are authentic and suspect that many of them are purchased from a click farm in Bangladesh or something. I wish there where more over-site concerning this issue.
