The support of my health coach made my whole experience easier and rewarding. This application during my fitness journey gave me. Sense of purpose and motivation. It's sad that soon after you are deemed fit your health coach is cut off. What this means is you are leaving me alone when l am not sure l will be able to maintain the balance soon after. In my case a lot happened soon after. I had to travel home where network was not permitting me to do my logs. That was a month. And when l came back my phone crushed and that was another 2 weeks. Then l finally came back and l find my last message which never gave me an opportunity to explain why l could not use my App. I feel giving 3 months post access to a coach will be very helpful maybe l lost that chance due to circumstances beyond my control.
Other than that l enjoyed the program and l think you are doing so well. You need to be adding water tracker on the logs to help people to remain highdrated.
