I had a terrible experience with this service. Two representatives came to my home to fix my computer, which required a new SSD. I paid them a substantial amount for the SSD and labor, but they provided faulty equipment. They replaced my hard drive with another broken one instead of the new SSD I paid for. They seemed clueless about their work. Most concerning is that they took my hard drive containing personal information, claiming they would help retrieve my data. The technician returned with another defective hard drive. I regret trusting them with my data and home. I had to plead to get my hard drive back, and now I’m unsure if it’s the same one that contained my sensitive information. My personal data is compromised, and I fear it may be misused. I will be reporting this to the authorities. Avoid this service at all costs!
