I was literally at my wits end following issues that had been continually cropping up since the new interface. The tech guys were fantastic and they helped me out very quickly. I have to say that in general, the entire customer support is fantastic with Live 365.Sometimes it may seem that I am waiting a while for a response, but I am in the UK so I have to consider time differences.
