Romane was excellent and we got right to the issues and solved them. I shared my screen with him and hew was so precise and accurate in his instructions, I told him that I felt like a tv news announcer and he was giving me the script in my IFB and I just repeating it for air. He is that good and the process was as easy as pie. I've also worked with Shawn and Gene and they have been excellent as well.
